A Trekking would be only better and safer one if you have all the essential equipments with you on the trek. Some of the personal items may differ from person to person, but most of the things are common for every trekker.

I would personally recommend not to take unncessary things on your travel. So, please please please do a good planning before you leave for the trek. Just try to follow this website and you would be in good shape.

The Check list for the trekking is as follows:

4) 2 Pairs of Long underwears

5) 3 Pairs of Walking socks

6) 3 Pair Liner Socks

7) Lightweight trainer

8) Jumper of fleecy

9) Comfy shoes for around the camp

10) Mountain trekking boots

11) Ruck sack

12) Sun hat

13) Woolen hat

14) A pair of Gloves

15) Sun block for lips

16) Goggles or sunglasses

17) Insulated pants, Nylon windbreaker

18) Sewing kit

19) Medical and first aid kit

20) Flash light

21) Batteries and bulbs

22) Towel and toiletries

23) Ear Plugs

24) Mp3 player of Ipod

25) Passport

26) Money

27) A pair of scissors

28) Anti bacterial hand soap

29) Camera ( with Wide angle lens, remote control, memory cards, rechargers)

30) 1 Carbon fibre pole 200 grams

31) Aqua water treatment

32) Stuff sacks
